HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION

Introduction

Human Resource Department and Administration Department is one of the departments of Tuico dealing with Union Workers Human resource and administration affairs.

This Department provides services to all staff of the Union in connection with Human resources and administrative issues.



Activities

Among the coordinated activities include;

1. Designing and planning human rresources needs and use of personnel

2. Management of all staff discipline

3. Evaluation of staff performance

4. Addressing issues of servants such as employment, staff promotion, staff training and loans

5. To oversee the law, rules and regulations and work guidelines in accordance with the time

6. Prepare and adjust schemes of service for the union, address issue of motivation for workers

7. Other administrative issues that arise at work
